/Manifest: The Missing Step in Any Workflow
The step between a finished session and something you can actually hand to someone.

You've had a long day in a context window. Plans got made, decisions landed, some ideas surfaced that are actually worth talking about. And now you want to share any of it.
So you open a blank document and start copying. That's the moment I've been trying to fix.
The gap between "I worked this out" and "I can hand this to someone" is surprisingly stubborn. It doesn't matter whether the thinking happened in an AI session, a planning doc, a meeting, or a voice note you transcribed at midnight. The output is there. But it's not in a shape anyone else can hold. Getting it into something shareable means deciding what to cut, figuring out structure, and spending time you don't have.
Most people skip the step. Or do it badly. Or say "I'll write this up properly" and then don't, because the moment passed.
The skill I built is called Manifest. It works on whatever you've got.

Point it at a conversation, a doc, a set of notes, a decision log. It reads what's there, figures out what matters, and produces something you can attach to an email without feeling embarrassed. No instructions needed. If you know what you want — a one-pager, a focused brief, just the key decisions — you can say that and it executes against it. Either way, no back and forth. It just goes.
PDF because it's universal, looks intentional, and doesn't require the other person to have the same setup you do. Yes, PDF is old school. But we're in a weird in-between moment where nobody agrees on what the new standard is yet, and PDF still just works. It opens everywhere, it prints, it attaches. In a world still figuring out the formats, it's a reasonable choice to make.
I've been building skills that do one thing completely, triggered by a phrase in natural language. This one is probably my favorite so far. You say three words and you have something shareable.
That's the kind of tool I want to use. Apparently I have to build it myself.
